Permanent Partner Visa Stages

Subclass 801 & Subclass 100

This is the second stage of the partner visa process.  At this stage you will need to lodge further application forms and evidence to obtain the permanent partner visa.   

Main Criteria 

  • Two years have passed since you lodged your Subclass 820 or 309 partner visa application  
  • You were granted and continue to hold a Partner visa (subclass 820) or (subclass 309)
  • In most cases, you continue to be in a married or de facto relationship with your sponsor
