What are 100 per cent electronic health processing arrangements? If you are in Australia or in one of the countries where 100 per cent electronic health processing arrangements apply, you can only complete your health examinations before lodging your visa application if you: • hold a current valid passport; and • first use My Health Declarations service to obtain a health identifier (HAP ID). In these countries, you must provide a health identifier (HAP ID) in order to book an appointment to complete your health examinations.

Which countries have 100% electronic health processing arrangements?

All the countries in the list above have 100 per cent electronic health processing arrangements in place except: Chile, Colombia, France, New Zealand, Russia and Sweden.

NOTE: In other countries, the Department of Immigration and Border Protection still encourages you to make sure you provide a HAP ID to facilitate electronic health processing where available in your country.
